Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Drop Shipping

Due to the wide variety of products that we offer we may need to drop ship some products from your order. These products will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, which may lead to in accurate shipping estimations. We operate this way to ensure that you get the products as quickly as possible and avoid additional shipping time to come to our warehouse in Cleveland. There is no extra charge for this service, and it is decided by taking inventory, distance, and quantity into consideration. Your order information will be updated with correct tracking numbers for each product should they ship individually.


Out Of Stock or Unavailable Products

With the large selection of products and multiple manufacturing partners in our network occasionally items become sold out or unavailable before we are able to update the inventory online. In the circumstance that you place an order for an unavailable or out of stock product, a member of our team will get in contact to update you on possible lead time, other options, or the issuance of a refund. We check all orders the day they are placed to ensure fulfillment is possible in a timely manner.
