CNC Router Knife Blades

Flat Shank Drag & Mat-Cutting Knife Blades

Drag and mat-cutting knife blades with a flat shank, 2 mm to 20 mm cut length. Round shank drag, tangential and wedge blades are on Round Shank Drag & Tangential Knife Blades, and V-cut blades on V-Cut Knife Blades.

Drag blades

  • CZ10, CZ11 and CZ44 replace Zund Z10, Z11 and Z44 for the UCT and SCT. All three are double edge, 1.5 mm thick, with an 8 mm shank. CZ10 (4.8 mm) has a larger overcut and a longer life than CZ11 (6.9 mm). CZ44 (14 mm) is for less tough, fibrous materials such as carpet and tarpaulin. CZ44 also replaces MultiCam 003612-MC44 and fits the MultiCam KH3.
  • CZ46 replaces Zund Z46 and Esko Kongsberg BLD-SF346. It is a single edge blade, 1.5 mm thick, with a 6 mm shank and a 20 mm cut, for light, soft materials. It exerts little drag force on the material but leaves a larger overcut.
  • CDF112 (80°) and CDF113 (60°) are double edge sword blades, 30 mm long, with an 8 mm shank. They replace MultiCam K22 and K24 and Esko Kongsberg BLD-DF112 and BLD-DF113, and have Aristo, Colex and Summa numbers too. CDF213 is a 60° double edge sword blade, 50 mm long, that replaces Esko Kongsberg BLD-DF213 and AXYZ 26082. All three through-cut paper, cardboard, vinyl, thin plastics and styrene.
  • CK23, CSF216 and CSF246 replace MultiCam K23, K16 and K20, and fit the MultiCam KH3, KH1 and KH4 holders. CSF216 and CSF246 also replace Esko Kongsberg BLD-SF216 and BLD-SF246.
  • CT330 and CT335 replace Colex T00330 and T00335.
  • CZ16 and CZ17 (Zund Z16, Z17) work as drag or oscillating blades. They are also on Flat Shank Oscillating Knife Blades.

Mat-cutting blades

CZ30, CZ31, CZ33 and CZ35 replace Zund Z30, Z31, Z33 and Z35 for the Zund PPT. CZ30 and CZ33 cut straight lines and sharp corners from the back of the matboard. CZ35 does the same from the front. CZ31 has two cutting edges: straight lines from the back, radii from the front. CZ30 and CZ31 cut 2 mm deep, CZ33 and CZ35 5 mm. CZ30, CZ31 and CZ33 also replace Esko Kongsberg BLD-SF230, BLD-SF231 and BLD-SF233.
