V-Point Drills
V-point drills have a pointed, V-shaped tip. They are made for through holes: they leave the material with less breakout on the back face than a brad point drill. All are carbide-tipped, have a 10 mm shank and come in left-hand and right-hand rotation.

V-point or brad point
Use a V-point drill for through holes. For blind holes and dowel holes, use Brad Point Drills.
