Collet Nuts

ER collet nuts with PowerCOAT, a coating that cuts the friction between the nut, the collet and the holder threads. The nut pushes the collet down harder, so it closes tighter around the tool shank, for more holding power and less runout (T.I.R.): 40% more holding power than bearing nuts. PowerCOAT high-speed mini nuts

Mini nuts for ER8, ER11, ER16, ER20 and ER25, plus a left-hand ER25 mini nut. Their small outside diameter suits tight spaces and multi-spindle heads where center distances matter, and they are balanced to 25,000 RPM (G2.5). They take an ER mini nut (M) wrench.

PowerCOAT dust seal nuts

ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32 and ER40 high-speed dust seal nuts take an internal dust seal that snaps into the nut, to seal and protect your collets and cutting tools. Match the dust seal to the ER size and the tool shank: Dust Seals & Covers.

AirPRO dust evacuation nuts

The AirPRO replaces the collet nut on ER32, ER40 and SYOZ25 chucks. Its turbine action creates an up-draft that carries dust out of the cut and into your machine's collection hood before it settles, removing 85% to 100% of the dust, in nested cuts and slatwall too. It works with your existing cutting tools and holders, from 18,000 to 24,000 RPM. Set the tool so the face of the AirPRO runs .070" above the material, and tighten it with a torque wrench: 100 ft/lbs (ER32), 130 ft/lbs (ER40) or 90 ft/lbs (SYOZ25).
