CUTTER DERIVED FROM THE 4013 WITH FLAT TIP FOR FINISH. 

Imporves the surface finish at the bottom of the pocket. Smooth and polished flute, limited build-up on edges. Upcut tool with upwards removal of chip. Efficient chip evacuation.
