BT Shrink Fit Holders

BT30 shrink fit holders with 1/4" to 3/4" bores, and BT40 shrink fit holders with inch bores from 3/16" to 1-1/4" and metric bores from 6 to 12 mm, the metric ones in 90 or 135 mm gauge lengths. Maximum runout (T.I.R.) 0.0001", balanced to 25,000 RPM at G2.5, with a coolant-thru set screw installed.

Shrink fit holders clamp the tool shank with a concentric force of 10,000 lbs. or more, to reduce runout. That is why operators can run faster and cutters last longer.
