CNC Router Knife Blades

Flat Shank Oscillating Knife Blades

Flat-stock (flat shank) oscillating knife blades in the Zund pattern. They fit the Zund EOT, EOT-250 and POT, and many also fit Esko Kongsberg, MultiCam, Summa, Colex and Aristo holders. Most are 0.63 mm thick. CZ60 and CZ61 are 1.5 mm. For 6 mm round shank blades, see Round Shank Oscillating Knife Blades.

Pointed or flat tip

Zund sorts its oscillating blades into "pointed" and "flat". Flat means the tip, not the shank: every blade here has a flat shank.

CZ20Pointed0.63 mm14.3 mmVery fine, minimal overcut. Small radii and fine detail.
CZ21Pointed0.63 mm17.2 mmFine, low overcut. Small radii and fine detail.
CZ22Pointed0.63 mm14 mmLike CZ20, but more robust, with a larger overcut.
CZ23Pointed0.63 mm22 mmFine, long blade.
CZ29Pointed0.63 mm31 mmLong blade for soft, thick materials.
CZ16Pointed0.63 mm7.4 mmRobust oscillating blade for soft materials. Also a drag blade.
CZ17Pointed0.63 mm12 mmThin materials. Also a drag blade, but works best oscillating.
CZ60Pointed1.5 mm16.5 mmStrong blade for tough materials.
CZ26Flat0.63 mm8.7 mmSimple, robust oscillating blade.
CZ41Flat0.63 mm11.3 mmSmall pre-cut.
CZ42Flat0.63 mm7.8 mmRobust, small pre-cut.
CZ43Flat0.63 mm7.8 mmRobust. Smaller pre-cut and larger post-cut than CZ42.
CZ61Flat1.5 mm20 mmVery robust, heavy-duty.

CZ60 and CZ61 fit the Zund EOT-250 and POT, not the EOT. CZ16 and CZ17 are also on Flat Shank Drag & Mat-Cutting Knife Blades.

These blades cut corrugated board, folding carton, foam board, foam, rubber, felt, leather and textiles. Holders by thickness and shank width for every machine are on Flat Shank Knife Blades.
