Round Shank Drag & Tangential Knife Blades

Drag, tangential, wedge and kiss-cut knife blades with a round shank: 6 mm, 8 mm or 3 mm. Cut lengths run from 1 mm to 13.5 mm. Flat shank drag blades are on Flat Shank Drag & Mat-Cutting Knife Blades, and V-cut blades on V-Cut Knife Blades.

Esko Kongsberg static, Hi-Force and heavy-duty (RM) tools

• 6 mm shank: wedge blades CSR6150 (30°) and CSR6152 (40°) replace BLD-SR6150 and BLD-SR6152. They fit the Hi-Force, VariCut, Static and Psaligraphy knife tools, and the Ecocam TCM.
• 8 mm shank: wedge blades CSR8170 (30°) and CSR8172 (40°) and double edge drag blades CDR8160 and CDR8180 replace BLD-SR8170, BLD-SR8172, BLD-DR8160 and BLD-DR8180. They fit the HD/Dual HD Unit, PowerHead, RM Knife and CorruSpeed.

The wedge blades cut thin, flexible materials: folding carton, polyester film, leather, vinyl and paper. CDR8160 and CDR8180 cut rigid materials such as gasket materials, Forex and solid carton board. CDR8180 has a blunter angle: it is less likely to break in tough materials, but leaves more overcut in thicker ones.

Ecocam TCM tangential and wedge blades

• Tangential: CE18 (single edge, 13.5 mm) and CE12 (double edge, 12 mm) replace Ecocam's universal blades E18 and E12. They fit both the TCM and the EOT. They cut cardboard, folding carton, gasket, magnetic foil, paper and PVC.
• Wedge: CE30 (2.5 mm), CE50 (50°, 3.5 mm) and CE70 (8 mm) replace Ecocam E30, E50 and E70 and fit the TCM. They cut film and foil, paper, cardboard, felt, rubber and textiles. CE50 also replaces MultiCam K1 and fits the MultiCam KH6.

Kiss-cut

CZ1 has a 3 mm round shank and cuts 1 mm deep. It replaces Zund Z1 and Esko Kongsberg BLD-KC101, and fits the Zund KCT, C2, C2P and KCM-S and the Kongsberg PressCut and KissCut tools. It cuts self-adhesive vinyl, masking film and cardstock.
