ER32 Collets

ER32 collets in 36 metric sizes from 2 to 21 mm and 23 inch sizes from 1/16" to 3/4", plus 13 DNA 32 collets and two ER32 collet sets (18-piece inch, 18-piece metric). An ER32 collet is 40 mm (1.57") long with a 33 mm (1.3") outside diameter.

Metric collets are named by the shank range they hold, for example ER32 5-6mm, and inch collets by the shank size. Our ER collets are made from high-carbon bearing steel, ground and heat treated, and hand inspected, with runout (T.I.R.) averaging 0.0002". Use them with a PowerCOAT nut for the best holding power and cutting tool life.

DNA 32 collets are DNA (Dead Nuts Accurate) collets for small tools. They hold the shank with more rigidity and accuracy than a standard ER collet, with 0.0002" runout, and they fit your ER32 holders. Eight are exact-size collets: 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 13 mm and 20 mm.

ER32 collets fit the ER32 holders on BT Collet Chucks (BT30, BT35, BT40), HSK Collet Chucks (HSK63F, HSK50F, HSK40E, HSK50E, HSK63E), ISO Collet Chucks (ISO30) and Straight Shank Collet Chucks & Extensions.
