CNC Router Aggregates

CleBitCo offers Techniks aggregate heads, also known as angle heads, for CNC routers. An aggregate mounts in your router's spindle and uses the spindle's rotation and torque to drive its own tools, so the machine can rout, drill, mortise, tenon and saw from the side, at an angle or with more than one tool. Aggregates suit composites, plastics and general woodworking.

Each Techniks aggregate head is hand assembled and inspected by one technician and test run for 30 minutes before it is sealed. Techniks bevel gears go through a 90-point inspection.

How to order an aggregate

Aggregate heads are quoted for your machine. Tell us your router make and model, the spindle type (HSK, CAT, BT, ISO or another), the operation and the material, and we will match the aggregate, its outputs and the torque arm ring your machine needs. Heads with ER collet outputs take standard ER collets, sold separately: ER16 Collets, ER25 Collets, ER32 Collets and ER40 Collets.
