ISO Collet Chucks
ISO20, ISO25, ISO30 and ISO40 collet chucks for CNC routers. Runout (T.I.R.) is 0.0001" or better, measured from taper to collet pocket.
ISO20 and ISO25
ISO20 holders take ER16 or ER20 collets and ISO25 holders take ER25 collets. They come with a PowerCOAT nut and a retention knob (pull stud), and are balanced up to 40,000 RPM at G2.5. The ISO20 x ER16 holder with the high-speed mini nut is balanced to 40,000 RPM, for Haas OM-1A and OM-2A office mills.
ISO30 and ISO40
ISO30 holders take ER11, ER32 or ER40 collets, and the ISO40 holder takes ER40 collets. They are balanced to 25,000 RPM at G2.5, with the taper ground to AT3 accuracy or better and a PowerCOAT nut included.
