The Vortex INS-8221 is a 1/2" radius solid carbide replacement insert for the Vortex 8220 multiprofile ball nose insert body.
Features
- Made in-house by Vortex, with micro-face lapped cutting edges for a very sharp cut
- Seats in the precision pocket of the body for easy installation and repeatable results
- Cuts a 1" diameter cove
- For larger diameter fluting and cove profiles
- One 8220 body accepts all three ball nose insert radii
- Held by 67115 screws, tightened with the 7000W T15 Torx driver wrench
- Sold individually
