Description
This Vortex kit is the 7964 MDF inside roughing insert router bit (3/4" shank) with 2 INS-7964 large bead (3/8" radius) inserts and a T15 Torx driver wrench. It roughs out the inside profile of an MDF door; the 7965 inside corner cleaning tool then cleans the corners so they look square.
Features
- Multiple pass set: rough out with this tool, then clean the corners with the 7965 body and INS-7965 insert for the appearance of a square inside corner
- The 7964 bead body takes both the large bead (3/8" radius, INS-7964) and the small bead (1/4" radius, INS-9358) inserts, so one tool does both profiles
- Combine with a raised panel cutter to complete the look of a five-piece assembled door
- Made in-house by Vortex, with precision seat pockets for easy insert installation and repeatability
